One coherent system for the business you already run

Your business already has the pieces.
Make them work as one.

Flow Local brings your website, social channels, inboxes, CRM, calendars, follow-up and existing software into one coherent way of working — so every tool has a purpose, every enquiry has a next step and the conversations, tasks and numbers that matter are visible from the phone already in your hand.

Focused implementations start at £2,000. Most website plus GHL systems are scoped at £3,000–£6,000. Managed operation starts at £300/month.

Where valuable enquiries actually leak.

The problem is not always a lack of leads. It is often the unowned gap between a form, inbox, phone call, CRM, calendar and the person expected to take the next action.

Before adding more traffic, make the existing journey visible, owned and measurable.

The operating questions:

Capture

Does every important enquiry become a usable record with its source attached?

Ownership

Can the team name who owns the next action and when a human must take over?

Handover

Do the website, inbox, CRM, calendar and specialist system agree on what happens next?

Measurement

Can the owner connect an enquiry source to a qualified, booked or won outcome?

Implementation turns those questions into agreed source fields, a named owner, tested handover rules, bounded follow-up and reporting before launch.

Built for real local businesses

More than a website or an ad campaign.

We put the infrastructure and expertise behind the whole customer journey: websites, advertising, social channels, CRM, calls, WhatsApp, forms, follow-up, reputation and reporting — all designed to work together and stay manageable from the owner's phone.

An Ireland-wide national helpline

Strong-performing Meta campaigns bring a sustained stream of visitors into a bounded website assistant, which handles routine information and routes people who need human support towards the national helpline. It provides information and signposting only; it never replaces professional advice or the helpline itself.

One managed growth system from discovery to booked work.

The problem is rarely one missing tool. It is the gap between the website, inbox, CRM, calendar and the person who has to pick up the work. We map that journey, build the connections and stay responsible for keeping them useful.

Website operations

A fast, credible front door that stays current. Clear services, proof, conversion paths, tracking and a managed process for approving changes.

Customer journey

Enquiries routed to the right next step. If you have no working CRM, GHL becomes the managed front office. A suitable practice, booking or job-management system can remain the source of truth. A mature HubSpot or Salesforce setup may mean a narrow Blueprint — or that Flow Local is not the right fit.

Managed operation

A system someone remains responsible for. Monitoring, reporting, safe adjustments and human-reviewed handovers as your services and process change.

This isn't a tool you manage. It's a service we run for you.

Start with clarity, then build only what the customer journey needs.

We do not hide implementation inside a cheap monthly subscription. You pay for the design and build, then for the ongoing responsibility you want Flow Local to carry.

Blueprints from £950 · Implementation from £2,000 · Managed operation from £300/month

Substantial multi-system blueprints are typically £1,500+. Every implementation is scoped before work begins, and the blueprint fee is credited in full against any resulting Flow Local implementation.

Common questions.

A focused website implementation usually takes a few weeks. A broader customer journey system is normally delivered in phases over roughly 6–12 weeks, depending on integrations, approvals and access.

Your proposal states what you own, what Flow Local manages, and what depends on third-party platforms. If the managed service ends, we provide a documented handover for the assets and access covered by the agreement.

Implementation is a fixed-scope project with staged approval. Managed operation begins after handover and is billed monthly, with notice and handover terms set out in the proposal.

Every setup is designed around your real services, team, tools and handover rules. Automated steps are tested and human-review points are agreed before anything customer-facing is switched on.

I'm a software and product engineer in Belfast. My day-to-day work is applied AI inside existing business software — discovery, integration, evaluation and the human handovers that make it survive real users — and I tutor business owners on the practical side of a Level 4 AI & Automation apprenticeship.

Flow Local is where I do that work for established local service businesses: GHL-based customer journeys joining the website, records, routing, follow-up, reviews and staff handovers, with custom integrations where standard connections are not enough.
