How it works

One problem.
A useful system.

Start with the work your team repeats. Build a practical improvement in the tools they already use. Test it, train the team and check what changes.

How a project runs.

From first review to team handover, every project follows four practical stages.

01

Find the bottleneck

Watch how the task works today. Where is information copied? Who chases the next step? Which decisions need a person? We choose one problem and record a starting baseline.

02

Define the project

You receive a fixed scope and fixed price, with the tools, data access and success checks listed. If the work needs more investigation, we scope discovery first. You know what you are buying before the build.

03

Build and test

We connect the tools and build the automation or AI feature. We test normal cases, missing information and mistakes. Important decisions stay with a person, and there is a way to recover when a connection fails.

04

Train and measure

Your team gets practical training and documentation. We compare the result with the starting point: time spent, response speed or rework. Ongoing support is an option, not a hidden part of the setup price.

What could we improve?

Documents and admin

Extract information, prepare drafts for review and reduce repeat data entry.

Enquiries and handovers

Route messages, connect records and give each next step an owner.

Internal knowledge and reporting

Help staff find approved information and prepare regular reports.

These are possible project areas, not a list of products ready to install. The right build depends on your tools and data.

Common questions.

No. A reliable form, integration or reminder can solve a problem without AI. We use AI where it adds something useful, not because it makes the project sound more impressive.

Not usually. We check whether your existing tools can support the project before quoting. Suitable systems stay in place. Some connections require custom work; some are not practical.

Phase 1 focused builds (enquiry, ad-lead and quote follow-up systems) start from £2,000. Full systems with broader website work and CRM workflows are £3,000–£6,000, with management from £300/month. Upfront fixed prices with a written scope before work starts, and zero markup on software or ad spend. Where an existing specialist CRM or legacy setup requires investigation first, a feasibility Blueprint is £950 (or £1,500+ for complex multi-system discovery), credited in full against implementation. Licences, usage and ad spend are separate.

We define the data, access, processing and human-review requirements before building. Do not put sensitive information into the public demo. The proposal and relevant terms set out the responsibilities for a real project.
