These terms apply to the Flow Local website, enquiry routes and assistant demonstrations. They do not by themselves form the contract for a paid project. Flow Local is a trading name of McGlade Media Group Limited, registered in Northern Ireland under company number NI701380. Registered office: 10 Lomond Avenue, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT4 3AJ. Contact: michael@flow-local.com.
The site describes capabilities, examples and indicative prices for business buyers. It is general information, not professional advice, a guaranteed result or an offer capable of acceptance through the website. A paid project begins only when the parties accept a proposal or agreement and any stated initial payment and access conditions are met. That document governs scope, fees, timing, change control, responsibilities, intellectual property, support and termination. If it conflicts with these website terms, the accepted project document governs the paid work.
Demonstrations use bounded automation and may use third-party voice, transcription, CRM or messaging services. Do not submit sensitive, confidential or regulated information. Demonstration responses may be incomplete or wrong and must not be treated as legal, health, financial or other professional advice. You can request a person or stop the interaction using the route shown.
When using our services, you agree not to:
The site links to or loads services operated by providers such as GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, Vercel, Google, Meta and communications platforms. Their availability, security and terms are controlled by them. A link is not an endorsement of every statement or service on the destination. For paid projects, the accepted proposal identifies the important platforms and who owns each account, subscription and operating responsibility.
The Flow Local name, site copy, design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary business purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially reuse substantial parts without permission. Ownership and licences for paid deliverables are defined in the accepted proposal or agreement; this website does not override them.
We take reasonable care with the site, but it may be changed, suspended or unavailable and third-party demonstrations may fail. We may restrict a demo or enquiry route to protect people, systems or service capacity.
You remain responsible for decisions made from general website information or demonstration output. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any allocation or limit of liability for paid business work belongs in the accepted proposal or agreement, where it can reflect the actual scope and risk.
These website terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. The courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction over disputes concerning use of this website, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
We may update these terms as the website and its demonstrations change. The date above shows the current version; a change does not retrospectively alter an accepted project agreement.
