Email is easy to miss. SMS and WhatsApp are harder to ignore, and we don't blast — the AI has natural conversations, qualifies, and books instead of sending a one-way campaign.

SMS is the default because every mobile number can receive it. WhatsApp is added where it makes sense: if the customer channel, consent, and data quality support it. The point is not the channel for its own sake — it is getting a dormant enquiry back into a useful conversation.
